Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Stini handles information when you use the iOS app or contact us. Stini is a personal utility for companion records, important dates, and date calculations.

Information you provide
- Records: You can enter titles, record types, dates, warranty durations, recurring cycles, and notes, and attach a photo you select.
- Calculations: You can provide dates, a date of birth, time intervals, and countdown details to obtain the results you request.
- Preferences: You can choose System, Light, or Dark appearance.
- Support: If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and resolve your request.
Stini does not require an account. The current app does not include advertising or third-party analytics, and does not send your records, photos, or calculation inputs to a developer-operated server. Optional speech recognition is described below.
Photos
Adding a photo is optional. You can choose an image with the system photo picker or take a photo with the camera. Stini does not request unrestricted access to your photo library. Taking a photo requires camera permission and only happens when you choose the camera option. The selected or captured image appears in the record form and details. You can change the photo by editing the record, or delete the record.
Microphone and speech recognition
Stini requests microphone and speech recognition permissions only when you tap the voice input button in Notes. If you grant access, audio is provided to Apple’s speech recognition service to produce text for your note. You can stop dictation with the stop button. Stini also stops recording when you save, cancel, or leave the editor.
Depending on your language, device, and service availability, Apple may process speech on its servers. Stini does not require recognition to occur entirely on your device. Apple’s processing and retention of speech data are governed by its Privacy Policy and Siri, Dictation & Privacy information. Stini does not create an audio recording attachment or send your speech to a developer-operated server.
You can decline these permissions and continue typing notes. You can revoke access in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, using the Microphone and Speech Recognition controls.
Retention and your choices
You can review and edit records in the app, and delete a record after confirming the deletion. Deleting a record removes its associated note and photo from the app. Stini does not provide a recovery feature for deleted records.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to support, email stinisupport@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a data protection authority.
Revoking microphone or speech recognition access stops future use of those permissions. It does not remove notes already created; you can edit or delete those records separately. Requests concerning information processed by Apple are subject to Apple’s privacy procedures.
Security and children
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in notes, photos, or support emails. No method of electronic communication is completely secure.
Stini is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through support. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address the request and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the app’s features or information practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
